All of our pizzas are made to the standard of the Vera Pizza Napoletana (The True Neopolitan pizza society). They are thin based with a fat crust. Our slow proving dough is made with the highest grade “Tipo 00” Caputo flour. They are topped with a sauce made from the world renowned Mutti Italian plum tomatoes, shaved Fior Di Latte 100% Italian Mozzarella and then cooked in our Wood Fired Oven at over 450° to make a “Vera Pizza Napoletana”
